Customer Service & Support

Role & Responsibilities:

Our company is seeking to fill the Customer Service & Support role. This person will assist in managing our busy office and provide excellence in customer service.  We are looking for an individual who is efficient, self-motivated, excellent with customers and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job is a strong communicator, flexible, resourceful, a good problem solver, organized, and self-motivated.

Our office is small and fairly quiet, but busy.  The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable in a relatively quiet environment but have the ability to adapt to workers coming and going.   Responsibilities include supporting both sales and operations, including:

Sales:

• Answering phones and greeting customers
• Entering leads into the client relations database
• Providing sales/administrative support for the company president

Operations:

• Support the Finance/Office Manager, including the following activities:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Light inventory & ordering
  • Managing time cards
  • Running errands
  • Issuing insurance certificates

The Customer Service & Support person must understand and consistently work toward the company core values:

These are communicated first via action, but team members are also expected to support the goals and ideals of management and owners in all aspects of work.

Pay scales associated with job:

Entry/Mid-Level - $41,000 - $47,800 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have good communication and listening skills and able to work with both office workers and field crew.  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
